  • You have been diagnosed with gestational diabetes during this pregnancy
  • You did not have diabetes before this pregnancy
  • Before this pregnancy, you have no major long-term illnesses (or you had one only without taking medicines)
  • Your pregnancy is stable in the first trimester and you have not had recurrent pregnancy loss
  • You can use a smartphone and are willing to join the study
