Who can take part
- You are age 18 to 75.
- You have confirmed primary liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma), proven by pathology and medical evaluation.
- About 2 months after your last surgery or ablation, scans did not show a new tumor, and the cancer later came back within 3 years—with no spread outside the liver.
- Your liver and overall condition are strong enough for treatment: ECOG 0–1 and Child-Pugh liver function is A or B.
- Your tumors fit the study’s size/spread rules (Milan criteria) and you have no major blood-vessel invasion or lymph node/extra-liver spread.
- You haven’t had certain prior treatments like radiation, hormone therapy, or targeted medicine for cancer, and you don’t have key exclusions like active autoimmune disease or confirmed allergy to anti-PD-1 medicines.
