Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with liver cancer (HCC) that has spread to a few spots (up to 5 spots in 1 or 2 other organs, each 5 cm or smaller), and these spots were found within 3 months of your diagnosis.
- You are currently taking lenvatinib and a PD-1 inhibitor (a type of immunotherapy) as your first systemic treatment, and you have been on them for at least 3 months.
- Your liver tumors are stable or smaller while on this treatment, and the cancer spots have not gotten worse.
- You have had some local treatments for your liver cancer, such as chemoembolization (TACE) or chemotherapy infusion into the liver artery (HAIC).
- Your liver and kidney function are good enough for the trial, and you are able to walk and take care of your daily needs.
