Who can take part
- You are age 65 or older
- Your fracture is around a stable, previously working knee replacement
- The injury is new—within 1 week of when it happened
- Before the injury, you could walk in daily life (with or without a walking aid)
- You are able to consent (read/understand or have an interpreter) and agree in writing
