- You are a woman between ages 18 and 90
- You have stage I or stage II breast cancer
- Your breast cancer is triple-negative (ER negative, PR negative, HER2 negative)
- The cancer shows up as one spot (unifocal) on breast ultrasound
- You do not have inflammatory breast cancer
- You are not currently pregnant or breastfeeding
