Who can take part

  • You are the baby’s main nighttime caregiver (mother or father) for a single full-term baby
  • Your baby is between 6 and 24 months old and was born between 37 and 42 weeks
  • You live in South Korea, are 19 to 65 years old, and can read/speak Korean comfortably
  • Your baby sleeps in a setup that allows recording (either separate sleeping or a clear camera view of the baby)
  • You can join on a device with a camera (like a tablet or laptop) for the online sessions
  • You are not pregnant, and you (and your partner) have no certain mental health or seizure/substance-related conditions
