Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 40 years old
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 30 and 40
  • Your weight has been steady (within about 3 kg) for at least 2 months
  • You do not do regular planned exercise or physical activity
  • If you are a woman: you still have regular periods and are not menopausal
