- You have already had at least one prior treatment for your cancer, unless no standard treatments exist

- You (or your parent/guardian, if a child) can understand the trial and sign consent in writing
- The trial needs tumor tissue: if none is already available, you must be willing to have surgery and/or a fresh tumor biopsy so the vaccine can be made
