- You are 12 years or older
- You have one of these: pancreatic cancer (local or metastatic, after starting first-line Folfirinox) or certain other solid tumors with limited options (as defined by the study team)
- Your health is not too limited: ECOG score 0–2 or Karnofsky score 70+
- You can sign the consent form and follow study visits and requirements
- You do not have a serious allergy to vaccines or known allergy to vaccine ingredients
- You cannot have immune-suppressing treatment that would block vaccine effect (some low-dose steroid use is allowed)
