Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • Your overall ability to do daily activities is fairly good (ECOG 0 to 2)
  • You have colorectal cancer that has spread to the lungs as 1 to 3 metastases, and your tumor team confirms both surgery and SABR are possible
  • Your original colorectal cancer has been treated with a curative goal
  • Any past liver metastases were treated with curative intent
  • You can complete quality-of-life questionnaires and provide informed consent
