Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- Your overall ability to do daily activities is fairly good (ECOG 0 to 2)
- You have colorectal cancer that has spread to the lungs as 1 to 3 metastases, and your tumor team confirms both surgery and SABR are possible
- Your original colorectal cancer has been treated with a curative goal
- Any past liver metastases were treated with curative intent
- You can complete quality-of-life questionnaires and provide informed consent
