This study looks at whether placing a small tube (stent) in a branch pulmonary artery can improve blood flow and heart function after specific childhood heart surgeries. It is meant for people who have d-TGA after ASO, or have ToF or TA, and need a branch PA intervention.

Who can take part
- You have d-TGA after ASO, or you have ToF or TA (certain congenital heart conditions).
- You are at least 8 years old.
- Your heart scan (CMR) does not show persistent significantly weak right-heart squeezing (RVEF below study cutoffs).
- You do not have worsening “leaky” tricuspid valve function (tricuspid regurgitation) that is at least moderate.
- Your lung blood flow and exercise ability are not too reduced based on objective test results (CMR/CPET) and perfusion measurements.
