  • You are age 65 or older
  • You can read English at about a 6th-grade level
  • You can see well enough to read or use a computer/technology setting (20/60 vision with or without glasses)
  • You must not be blind or have vision problems that prevent you from using the technology
  • You must not have hearing problems that stop you from answering phone questions
  • You should not have a terminal or life-limiting illness
