  • You are 62 years or older.
  • You have mild cognitive impairment (MCI), which includes memory concerns and scores within a certain range on a memory test.
  • You can read English at about a 6th grade level.
  • Your vision (with glasses if needed) is good enough to read regular print.
  • You do not have dementia or a serious illness that limits your daily activities.
