Who can take part

  • You have advanced (Stage IIIB or IV) non-small cell lung cancer that has not been treated yet.
  • Your tumor has a specific gene change called KRAS G12C, and you have a PD-L1 test result.
  • You are generally able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your blood counts, kidney, and liver function must be within a healthy range.
  • You do not have uncontrolled brain metastases, serious heart disease, or other active cancers.
