Who can take part

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Have an autoimmune or immune-related diagnosis such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, scleroderma, inflammatory muscle disease, Sjögren’s, vasculitis, certain arthritis conditions, or sarcoidosis
  • Have interstitial lung disease (lung scarring) confirmed by a specialist and a high-resolution CT scan
  • Either join by providing new information, or be someone whose records exist because you were lost to follow-up since 2012
  • Have complete medical information (for record-based participants): identity basics, diagnosis dates, and the full diagnoses
