- You have a confirmed diagnosis of a type of lung scarring called idiopathic interstitial pneumonia.
- You have progressive lung scarring that has worsened over the last 2 years, with at least 10% scarring on a CT scan.
- You have lung scarring related to systemic sclerosis (a connective tissue disease) that covers at least 10% of your lungs.
- You are a first-degree relative (parent, sibling, child) of someone with a known genetic mutation in certain lung-related genes (like TERT or TERC).
