Who can take part
- You must sign an informed consent form and follow the study steps.
- For healthy controls: you should have no history of neurological, orthopedic, or rheumatologic disease.
- For Parkinson’s: you must have non-tremor-dominant idiopathic Parkinson’s with balance problems and walking difficulty, not due to another cause.
- You must have a Percept™ PC neurostimulator implant and be able to be in “stimulation OFF” for testing.
- Your memory/thinking test should be normal for the study (MoCA score must be 20 or higher).
