Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older and have a confirmed diagnosis of mantle cell lymphoma (MCL).
- Have at least one measurable lymphoma spot that is not in previously irradiated areas (at least 1.5 cm by scan).
- Have had a prior BTK inhibitor (alone or with another drug) and either the lymphoma came back/worsened after it, or it did not improve enough after 12 weeks of BTK inhibitor treatment.
- Be able to recover from side effects of prior treatments: any prior treatment side effects must be back to grade 1 or less (except hair loss, nerve symptoms in the hands/feet, and low lymphocyte count).
- Be in reasonably good condition for treatment: ECOG 0–2, with enough blood counts, liver, kidney, and clotting test results (as judged by the study doctor).
- Be able to take medicines by mouth and agree to contraception rules and study requirements for the treatment period and for 6 months after the last dose.
