Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old and have mantle cell lymphoma (a type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma).
- Your lymphoma has at least one high-risk feature, such as fast-growing cells, a high Ki-67 score (≥30%), a TP53 mutation, or early relapse after initial treatment.
- You are in good enough health to be up and about (ECOG score 0–2).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT scan (≥1.5 cm in a lymph node or ≥1 cm elsewhere).
- Your blood counts and kidney function meet minimum levels (e.g., ANC ≥ 500–1000, platelets ≥ 25,000–75,000, hemoglobin ≥ 7–8 g/dL, creatinine clearance ≥ 30 mL/min).
- You do not have active hepatitis B or C, active infection, autoimmune disease needing treatment, or lymphoma that has spread to your brain or spinal cord.
