Who can take part
- You have a MYBPC3 gene mutation
- You have hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (with or without blockage in the heart outflow)
- Your heart pumping strength (left ventricle ejection fraction) is 45% or higher
- You have symptoms that match NYHA class II or III
- Your NT-proBNP blood level is 160 pg/mL or higher
- You do not have high pre-existing immunity to AAV9 (an antibody test result)
