TN-201 for heart symptoms from MYBPC3 heart disease

Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy

Who can take part

  • You have a MYBPC3 gene mutation
  • You have hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (with or without blockage in the heart outflow)
  • Your heart pumping strength (left ventricle ejection fraction) is 45% or higher
  • You have symptoms that match NYHA class II or III
  • Your NT-proBNP blood level is 160 pg/mL or higher
  • You do not have high pre-existing immunity to AAV9 (an antibody test result)
