YOLT-201 for transthyretin heart disease

Transthyroxin Amyloidosis Cardiomyopathy

Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 80 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with transthyretin amyloidosis cardiomyopathy (ATTR-CM) with a thickened heart wall
  • Your heart failure symptoms are mild to moderate (NYHA class I, II, or III)
  • You can walk at least 150 meters in 6 minutes
  • You have stable heart medications and blood tests show good kidney and liver function
  • You are not taking certain other ATTR-CM treatments (like tafamidis, patisiran, or inotersen) within a specific time before the study
