Who can take part
- You have painful nerve pain after chemotherapy (numbness, tingling, or burning) mainly in hands/fingers and feet/toes (“gloves and socks”).
- Your average pain is at least 4 out of 10 on a questionnaire (BPI-SF).
- Your nerve pain has lasted at least 1 month after finishing chemo, and it is still clearly present on a standard severity scale (CTCAE).
- The skin where the patch would go is healthy and not irritated.
- You are not planning to receive neurotoxic chemotherapy in the next 6 months, and your other nerve-pain medicine doses have been stable for 4 weeks.
- You can do regular clinic follow-up and agree to sign informed consent (you’re over 18).
