- You can say yes to take part (give informed consent)

- This is your first pregnancy to reach about 20 weeks or more
- You are pregnant with one baby and you’re under 20 weeks along
- You score low on an optimism questionnaire (revised life orientation test score 14 or less)
- You have a smart phone to use during the study
