- You are an adult age 18 or older.
- You’re able to use a working phone number or email for the questionnaires.
- You can understand the study and sign consent (agree to participate).
- Your care is through a community/primary care musculoskeletal service, not hospital secondary care.
- You must not have declined research use during the consent process, and you must be able to complete surveys as best you can.
