Who can take part
- You have biliary tract cancer (BTC), confirmed by pathology (or strongly suspected based on pathology plus scans and clinical findings).
- Your tumors or metastases are 8 cm or smaller at the largest point.
- Your cancer has either gotten worse after standard first-line treatment or you couldn’t/didn’t get it.
- Your cancer cannot be fully removed with surgery or cured with liver transplant.
- You are otherwise strong enough for treatment: ECOG 0–1, and blood tests/organs meet limits (including blood counts and liver/kidney function).
- You can safely participate: no major recent chemo/experimental drugs/radiation, no recent live vaccines, and no pregnancy.
