Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- You must have advanced bile duct or gallbladder cancer that has continued to grow after one prior treatment (or within 6 months of finishing that treatment).
- You must not have taken capecitabine or lenvatinib before.
- You must be in good enough health to do light daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You must have normal bone marrow, liver, and kidney function as shown on blood tests.
- You must not have had any other cancer in the last 5 years (except certain skin cancers) and must not be pregnant or nursing.
