This study checks how well your heart works long after breast cancer treatment. If you joined the earlier de BLOC-I study, you may be invited for follow-up to understand long-term heart effects.

Who can take part
- You must have taken part in the earlier de BLOC-I breast cancer study.
- You were a woman diagnosed with breast cancer stage I to III at least 5 years ago (or you had a local/nearby recurrence at least 5 years ago).
- You previously received chemotherapy and/or radiation therapy for breast cancer.
- You must be able to travel to the study hospital; severe physical or mental illness that prevents travel may disqualify you (decided by your GP).
- You generally must not have had metastatic (spread to distant parts) breast cancer at the time of your diagnosis.
- You generally must not have had any cancer treatment after age 80, and you generally must not have been treated for a different type of cancer in the past.
