  • You have a rare cancer (or a rare subtype of a more common cancer)
  • Your cancer is advanced (metastatic and/or locally advanced)
  • There is no curative (curing) treatment option for your situation
  • Your cancer team believes you need systemic therapy (treatment that works through the body)
  • You can understand and sign the consent forms, using written and oral information
