Who can take part

  • You’re age 18 or older (or have a qualifying childhood first cancer).
  • You had a solid tumor cancer before that was proven by pathology and was treated with curative intent, and randomization must be within 6 months after finishing that treatment.
  • You have at least one higher-risk feature for a second cancer, such as long-term smoking or a known genetic risk, or HPV-related first cancer.
  • You can provide stored tumor tissue from your first cancer (FFPE sample) from the time of your first diagnosis, for side-by-side comparison.
  • Your blood counts and organs (kidneys, liver, blood clotting) are in acceptable ranges on screening blood/urine tests.
  • You must not have certain conditions that increase risk with immune medicines (for example, prior immunotherapy for the first cured cancer, active infections like hepatitis B/C or HIV, or autoimmune disease).
