  • You can speak and read English
  • You live in Marion County
  • You’re 35 to 75 years old
  • Your blood pressure has been at least 120 (top number) recently
  • You’re able to use a kitchen independently (stove/hotplate, oven, fridge, and freezer)
  • You have food insecurity or get SNAP benefits
