Who can take part
- You must be able to read, understand, and sign the consent form.
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to carry out daily activities fairly well (ECOG 0–1).
- Your expected survival time must be at least 3 months, and you must have at least one measurable tumor spot to track.
- Your tumor must test CLDN18.2-positive on a required tissue sample (different cutoffs depending on dose stage).
- Your body tests must be adequate: blood counts, liver, kidneys, and blood clotting must be within allowed limits.
- If you have had recent cancer treatments, you must have recovered from side effects to an allowed level (with a few exceptions) and meet timing rules; you should not take certain medicines like stronger immune-suppressing drugs.
