Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You must have an advanced solid tumor that has come back or not responded to standard treatments, or you cannot have standard treatments.
  • For some groups, your tumor must have a protein called CLDN18.2, found in certain stomach, pancreatic, or bile duct cancers.
  • You must be able to provide a tumor sample (old biopsy or new one) from the past 2 years.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans and have not received a type of drug called topoisomerase I inhibitor before.
  • You must be in generally good health, with good blood counts and organ function.
