- You are (or will be) enrolled in the LungMate series of lung cancer neoadjuvant trials
- You are 18 years old or older
- Your lung cancer has been confirmed by pathology as NSCLC or SCLC
- You can give written informed consent
- You do not have an active hepatitis B, hepatitis C, or HIV infection
- You have not had another cancer within the past 5 years (with limited exceptions like certain skin cancers and cervical carcinoma in situ)
