Who can take part
- Be 21 years old or younger when you join the study
- Have cancer that is recurrent or refractory (coming back or not responding to treatment)
- Have a planned or recent biopsy/tumor removal, or a bone marrow sample for blood cancers
- Have enough cancer tissue available from the procedure for testing in the lab
- Be willing to provide blood and/or a saliva (buccal) swab for genetic testing
- You (and your parent/guardian) must be willing to sign consent; ages 7–17 also provide assent
