Who can take part

  • Be 21 years old or younger when you join the study
  • Have cancer that is recurrent or refractory (coming back or not responding to treatment)
  • Have a planned or recent biopsy/tumor removal, or a bone marrow sample for blood cancers
  • Have enough cancer tissue available from the procedure for testing in the lab
  • Be willing to provide blood and/or a saliva (buccal) swab for genetic testing
  • You (and your parent/guardian) must be willing to sign consent; ages 7–17 also provide assent
