Cell therapy to help prevent AML relapse after transplant

Who can take part

  • You must agree to the study and return for follow-up visits and treatments as scheduled
  • You have been diagnosed with AML (acute myeloid leukemia)
  • You received a donor stem cell transplant within about 2 to 3 months (60–100 days), and tests show the donor cells took over fully
  • You must be considered high-risk for relapse after transplant, based on specific prior treatment results or test findings
  • You should be well enough for study treatment: recent side effects are mild (grade <2), and heart, liver, kidney, and blood counts meet set limits
  • You should not have certain conditions, like active leukemia relapse after transplant, serious lung/heart disease, major uncontrolled infections, or certain recent other cancers
