Who can take part

  • Be 25 years old or younger when you enroll
  • Have high-risk AML, such as certain genetic changes, MRD-positive disease, AML in later remission, or other approved high-risk features
  • Be well enough to take part (performance score ≥70%) and have recovered enough after chemotherapy (neutrophils ≥500)
  • Have adequate kidney, liver, heart, and lung measurements on recent tests
  • Be able to give (or your parent/guardian can give) written consent
  • Not have had a prior bone marrow stem cell transplant
