Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
- After standard chemotherapy, you reached remission, but tests still show minimal disease (MRD) or molecular relapse.
- Your AML cells show at least one marker: WT1, hTERT, or survivin (from lab tests like PCR or flow/cell studies).
- You cannot (or are not eligible for) a stem cell transplant at the time of the study.
- You have enough blood counts and organ function (for example, platelets ≥100,000 and heart pumping function with LVEF ≥50%).
- You must be able to give informed consent and agree to study visits and treatment plan.
