Who can take part
- Be able to understand the study and consent (capacity to provide informed consent)
- Be age 18 to 65
- Have a confirmed cannabis use disorder diagnosis, and cannabis is your main drug of concern
- Use cannabis at least 5 days per week and want to cut down or stop
- Have high scores on screening measures for cannabis symptoms (CUDIT-R ≥12 and contemplation ladder ≥7)
- Have a positive urine test for cannabis and a baseline THC level above the trial’s threshold
- Stable mental-health medicines for at least 14 days before starting (no recent changes)
