Who can take part
- Be older than 18 years
- Have a good overall health status (ECOG 0–2 and ASA 1–3)
- Have colon cancer proven by a tissue test, with liver spread treated locally before
- Have a new recurrence in the liver within the last 12 months, with up to 5 new liver tumors
- The new liver tumors must be treatable by a procedure that removes or destroys them, and you cannot have disease outside the liver
- Cannot have MSI/dMMR tumor type, major liver problems (like portal hypertension/unsafe clotting/ascites), or an uncontrolled infection
- You must not have had chemotherapy or immunotherapy in the last 6 weeks, be able to consent, and have adequate blood/organ function
