Who can take part
- Your breast cancer must be hormone-receptor positive (HR-positive) and HER2-negative
- A special PET/CT scan (FES-PET/CT) must show at least one spot with hormone receptor activity
- Your daily functioning is fairly good (ECOG score 0 to 2) and you are expected to live at least 3 months
- You must have had prior treatment with a CDK4/6 inhibitor (like palbociclib, ribociclib, or abemaciclib), and either moved to metastatic treatment or progressed after it
- You must be able to have PET/CT scans, including standard FDG PET/CT, and have at least one measurable tumor spot (outside the skull)
- Your body needs to have recovered from earlier treatment side effects (any prior side effects must be mild, grade 1 or less)
