Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have hormone receptor-positive (HR+) and HER2-negative breast cancer that has spread or returned and cannot be removed by surgery.
  • You have previously been treated with a CDK4/6 inhibitor (like palbociclib, abemaciclib, or ribociclib) and your cancer grew during or after that treatment.
  • You have had no more than one type of chemotherapy for advanced breast cancer.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • Your major organs (like bone marrow, liver, kidneys, and heart) are working well enough based on blood tests.
