Who can take part

  • You are a woman age 18–70
  • Your performance status is 0 or 1 (you can do daily activities with little or no help)
  • Your breast cancer is triple-negative (no HER2, ER, or progesterone receptor) and is classified as a BLIS subtype by the study center
  • Your cancer is stage IIA to IIIC and has not spread (pT1-3, N1-3, M0), and you already had surgery
  • Your incision is fully healed before starting study treatment
  • Your blood tests and organ function are “adequate” based on lab results done within 28 days before the first dose
