Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 90 years old when you sign consent
- You have severe narrowing and heavy calcium in the iliac/femoral arteries that usually may block safe access
- You have severe aortic stenosis and are planning to get TAVR
- A CT scan of your abdomen and pelvis shows your iliac arteries are too diseased for standard access but still makes you a candidate for this approach
- You can sign written informed consent
