Who can take part

  • Be 18 or older with a new, confirmed glioblastoma diagnosis (pathology proven).
  • Your tumor must have IDH1/IDH2 wild-type and an unmethylated MGMT gene promoter.
  • Have leftover tumor tissue available (paraffin-embedded sample) for study testing.
  • Finish standard radiation therapy (with or without temozolomide) before joining.
  • Be able to get contrast-enhanced MRI and perform daily activities at a level of 2 or less on the study’s scale.
  • Your tumor location must be treatable by ultrasound (coverable by the ultrasound field).
