Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older.
- You have confirmed glioblastoma that is Grade 4 (WHO Grade IV).
- Your glioblastoma has come back or progressed, and you have a plan for standard surgery and repeat radiation.
- Your tumor is smaller than 6 cm.
- Your overall health is good (ECOG 0–1) and your blood/organ lab tests are adequate.
- You cannot have reasons you can’t safely receive more radiation.
