  • You are 18 or older
  • Your cancer is a stage IV solid tumor that has measurable disease on scan
  • You’ve tried standard curative treatments and then at least two prior cancer drug treatments in the metastatic stage
  • Your body function tests are adequate: low infection-fighting cell count, low platelets, or low hemoglobin may disqualify you
  • Your organs work well enough for the study (kidneys and liver blood tests meet limits)
  • You can take and keep oral (swallowed) study medicines
