Who can take part
- Be at least 36 months old (no upper age limit).
- Have had an allogeneic stem cell transplant (HCT).
- Agree to join the study by signing consent (and assent if your team asks).
- For Cohort 1: have been diagnosed with chronic graft-versus-host disease affecting at least one organ within the last 3 months.
- For Cohort 2: have been diagnosed with chronic lung disease within the last 100 days, such as airway narrowing (BOS) or restrictive lung disease (RLD).
- Not have an active, uncontrolled infection, and not have relapse or a new blood cancer after the transplant.
