Who can take part

  • Be 18 or older and able to be up and about (ECOG 0–1).
  • Have an eligible advanced cancer type (for example HR+/HER2- breast cancer or CCNE1-amplified ovarian/related cancers) and no other treatable gene driver changes.
  • Have measurable tumor on scans (measurable disease by RECIST 1.1).
  • Have had the right prior treatments for your cohort (for example, CDK4/6 inhibitor and hormone therapy for some groups; up to 1 prior CDK4/6 for some combination groups).
  • Have enough blood counts and organ function, and be able to swallow pills/capsules.
  • Not have had certain recent cancer treatments or new study drugs within the required washout window, and you must not have prior therapy with CDK2, PKMYT1, or WEE1 inhibitors (and no topoisomerase inhibitors for cohort B5).
