  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have an advanced solid tumor that has spread or cannot be removed.
  • You have not taken a similar type of targeted cancer drug (CDK inhibitor) before.
  • Your cancer can be measured on scans (unless you have only bone disease and are in the dose-finding part).
  • You have adequate organ function (kidneys, liver, bone marrow).
