- You also have panic disorder and social anxiety as your main problems.
- You can use a computer with reliable internet access.
- You should not have severe depression.
- You should not have suicidal thoughts or urges, bipolar disorder, or psychosis.
- You should not have a substance abuse problem or unstable medication in the last month.
